This house is about 3x the size I usually do. Any tips on how to get this done myself? Anyone used any good interior designing programs? What would be the most cost effective solution of getting elevations/millwork etc done?

House is 14.3k sq ft and interior designing quotes are in the 40k+ range. 90-125 dollars an hour.
