I asked the same question, didnt get a clear answer,
but I believe is a police scanner/jammer of some sort or something related.. |

Awesome pics Brian, love this LP, does anyone know the exact color, and any more pics of it? was this meet/run recent? I remember seeing pics of those LP640's together.
