Default I just saw an Alfa Romeo in chicago?!?! Looks like a test car

I was driving down the expressway, and I saw this Alfa Romeo. It was all blacked out, and had all emblems covered.(though they where peeling) I thought it was a VW or something, but then I saw the grill and knew right away what it was.

It also had Michigan plates on it... Is it possible Fiat/GM is going to bring the Alfa to the states?

    Here are the pics...

hard to tell from this pic, but I will try to make it larger

I love Alfas. I hope they gain a bit more traction in the States than before.

    Fiat/GM? Shouldn't that be Fiat/Chrysler?

Pretty cool though, I like some of the new Alfa concepts.

I see them all the time around here, cause I'm right by the Chrysler headquarters. My guess is they are using them as the test cars for the Caliber replacement. This way they don't have to hide the new bodywork.
