I nearly picked up a Stasis A-3 last year. (StaSiS is a high-end Audi tuning company) I will tell you that the stock ones are very soft, so plan on some suspension upgrades. Also the DSG tranny can be your friend with a little help from HPA motorsports' stage 2 tranny flash. I have been rolling Dubs for 11 years, and I can only tell you that the parts and maintainance are expensive compared to its Japanese counterparts, but once you find some good connections and a good mechanic, German cars are nothing to be afraid of. You will be much more satisfied with the overall experience of driving it.
