@Josef: Dir auch vielen Dank für Deine Worte. Sowas kann man selbst schwerlich begreifen,
auch wenn man es im Umfeld häufig sieht! Ich hatte jetzt 3 Todesfälle im vergangenen halben Jahr in meiner Familie.
Alles junge Menschen, alle durch Krankheit...

My condolences and prayers go out to you. It is very hard to deal with. I have lost about 10 friends due to cancer, and survived/beat it twice.

I hope you are doing better, if not feel free to shoot me a pm. I know all to well the situation from both sides.

Believe it or not, I think about this thread a bunch. It went from such a happy thread to such a tragedy and caught me off guard. It has reminded to take each day and notice all of the good things in my life. Enjoy my wife, enjoy my kids, and enjoy my health. Out of all bad things, some good must come. Your loss has become a positive reminder to many. So even in death, your fiance is helping others.

Once again, I am sorry for your loss.

ich wünsche dir, dass du die Zeit mit ihr immer in Erinnerung behalten kannst, dich an jede Umarmung, an jede nette Geste, an jedes Anzeichen von Liebe von ihr erinnerst, und für die Liebe, die sie dir geschenkt hat, immer danknar sein wirst. Es gibt nichts schöneres als in schlechten Stunden an ihr Lächeln, ihre Wärme und Liebe zurückzudenken...

Auch wünsche ich dir von ganzem Herzen, dass du, so schwachsinnig es sich auch anhört, den Verlust bald so überwinden kannst, dass dir ein normales Leben wieder möglich ist.

Mein Schwiegervater ist selbst vor 2 Jahren an Krebs gestorben, mein Dad ist seit letztem Weihnachten auch erkrankt, ich habe mir natürlich auch Gedanken über dieses Thema gemacht, aber bin zu dem Schluß gekommen, dass du Glück haben musst, um durchzukommen... Hat es dich erstmal richtig erwischt, hilft nurnoch, sich damit abzufinden. Leider.

Bei Sandra war es wohl unausweichlich, wie du es beschreibst. Das tut mir so unendlich Leid, ich möchte mir selber nicht vorstellen, meine Freundin zu verlieren.

Ich wünsche dir nochmals alle Kraft der Welt, deine Ängste, Sehnsüchte und die Trauer zu überwinden. Behalte sie in bestem Gedenken in dieser schweren Zeit.

Wow, Cruizer! My condolences. This is the first time that I saw this thread and reading the replys has helped me to remind myself of my relationships.
Don't take them for granted or abuse them.
I hope that you are doing better buddy.
