    Good for them! I was bummed when 'segg dropped out. I've never been a huge fan of the brand but always respected them for doing things differently and having their own distinct style.

    Doesn't Spyker loose money for every car they produce? If thats the case, it seems kind of odd that they would buy Sabb.

    This will be interesting to watch but unfortunately I think they may just be delaying the inevitable. If the deep pockets of GM couldn't help Saab I'm not sure how a much smaller organization like Spyker is going to come up with the capital to fund ongoing new model development.

    Their highest priced car was under 40-50k, so when they say up market do they mean audi a6 terroritory or S550 Class range. Since spyker takes a hit for every car they produce(at least from what was said above) I guess that would have to be there intial market, plus I dont see anyone rushing for a 100k Saab. Maybe a 50-80k Saab but even with cars priced like that theyd be pushing their luck. With all that said all we can do is specualte for now, I wish Saab the best of luck in the future.
