Thread: Traveling to London for the first time...any tips?

Hey all,

I'm going to be traveling to London for the first time in two weeks. Anyone have any tips on where to go what to do? I'm going to be there for 4 days (Nov 27 to Dec 1). I like food and restaurants so any info is appreciated.

Is this a budget trip or skys the limit type? Depending on what you fancy there are infinite choices in London, thats one of the best qualities of the city. If its a budget trip hit up some gastro-pubs (these are pubs that have actual proper chefs and menus with really good food) and the free museums and walk everywhere. If its a "money is no object trip" then you will find some of the most incredible and also expensive restaurants you could ever dream of and the black cabs are also more than happy to rob you blind.
