    Default Computer help!!

    Hi everybody i have a G62-225NR, and everytime i turn it on this happens: Computer help!! - YouTube
    Any help on resolving this issue would be very helpful.

    1. Check hard drive
    2. Check GPU
    3. Check memory
    4. Check board

    What exactly do u mean by "check" should I be looking for anything?

    Does it stay like that "forever" or does it eventually show any writing?


    There are a few things to do:
    Check to make sure the hard drive is okay.
    Run a mem check....you could have a stick of ram(or both sticks) that has gone bad
    If all of that is fine, I think it may be your motherboard.

    I don't think it's your gpu, but I could be wrong.

    It's an hp, they have had a decent amount of heat issues in the past. if you have another computer to burn a disc from I'd suggest burning either a hirens or a ubcd, run the mini windows environment and run an hddtune. If you can't even boot the disc it can still be either memory or hdd, but I still wouldn't rule out the gpu.

    I have no idea what that means, but I'll try to do it and report back.

    Well I could not find anywhere to download a ubcd or hirens from to burn on the cd, but I'll keep on looking

    Ok Got your back up disc
    It come with your Computer
    Go to boot option > Boot from CD > Delete Partition > Make New Partition > Follow the guide
    You will lose your DATA
