They're just stickers, but I've heard pretty good things about them lasting and not peeling off.
BTW what did you use to jailbreak iOS 5.1.1? Redshow? Any issues with the jailbreak? Is everything working fine? Notice any affect on performance? I'm thinking about jailbreaking my 4s, but last time (it was an iPhone 4, iOS 4.x.x) I tried to jailbreak, I bricked my phone.

Phone is overheating, it crashes all the time, I never have more than 2 or 3 bars, it crashed while i was typing this, the battery dies a lot faster. I only jailbroke it so I could block phone calls and texts, which is the only thing making it worth keeping it jailbroken. My last iPhone I jailbroke and it overheated so much it burnt my hand. I had to actually set the phone down and let it cool off because it overheated SO much, eventually it just melted something and it died. My friend tried to pick it up once and she screamed because it felt like fire.

I jailbreak every iPhone I get. I've never had an issue except on the original 3G because it was really slow. My iPhone 4 has been jailbroken since I got it and it runs perfectly.

I don't have any of these problems with my 4, jailbroken on 5.0.1. I get crashes only when I don't update my cydia apps and signal is never an issue or heat. The only thing I might say is less battery life but that is most likely from the programs running in the background giving me statistics.

Are you using 4s? I also used to jailbreak my iPhones (4&4s) and iPods (4th generation) since iOS 4, dunno how I bricked the iPhone either.
Only thing I don't like about jailbreaking is how slow its slow its made my devices and the constant crashing. My iPod 4th generation I used to have with a theme and a few sbsettng things was so slow and laggy it took 4-5 minutes to type a 20 word email. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore, and after my 4 got bricked I stoppedLast edited by VR1; 08-05-2012 at 02:51 AM.
