I bought a 50 inch plasma 5+ years ago. Still going strong! I might pick up a 60 inch LED sharp here soon. Going to wait for the black friday time. Save a few bucks
I'm about to get the 70" Sharp. 2500 for a 70" cannot be beaten

I have 2 large screens, a samsung plasma 3d and a panasonic plasma. They are both great tvs, and i would never consider an ordinary lcd over either. But it could be different for you. Just make sure you take into account the lighting of a room. And also what you'll use it for before making your pick.

The 70" is going in the Home Theater, and the 60" is going in the living room. Lol I wanted the 90" but its like 10k.. I think 40-60" is perfect for the living room

I want a 60" for my living room. That's on the wish list for my new place.

I was shopping online at Newegg.com and found a few that I like, but I really don't know the difference between them and it really doesn't have to come from Newegg. I want to spend less than $1500. I don't need the super top of the line stuff, but I want bang for the buck if I'm spending over a grand. I've seen some for less than $1000 but I'm wondering if they are worth the money. FWIW, I don't watch blue ray movies and it won't be for gaming ect. Just your everyday cable hook up with 1080 HD. I liked Sony product, however I've reading recently and it seems like Samsung or LG is the way to go. Your recommendations are appreciated.

    Thanks!
Listen carefully.... Your search ends TODAY....

    LG 60 PZ950

I own this set and it is considered by many enthusiasts to be the second best plasma on Earth behind Panasonic's top o the line model costing over twice as much for 2011.
I bought mine in January and I'm still amazed...
