Searching for information on a specific Aston Martin car in Google and clicking one of the high-ranking results may bring you an error page. The Aston Martin web site is not down, but many people may think it is because of an error in its programming.

It is a simple enough mistake. Aston Martin must have recently redesigned its web site. During the redesign, it changed the name of one of its directories (in this case from “thecars” to “cars”).



But it forgot to redirect the old directory to the new directory.



The result is most of its search results bring back 404 errors. Too bad. The new web site looks really good.
