    Default Detailers help!! Car keyed

My 07 Acura RDX (black) was keyed this past weekend while visiting my girlfriend. I have a lot of experience with Griot's Garage's polishing/waxing products and the orbital but I know those will not be able to help on a deep scratch like this. Can anyone give me some advice on what polish/pads might be best to try and fix the scratch without having to resort to repainting the car...

Thank you so much for any help or advice you have to offer. I will try to post pictures of the damage.

without pictures its hard to advise you what to do. also run ur nail over the scratch, if ur nail catches into the scratch, chances are its too deep and needs a repaint

It will most likely come down to something of the following

    leave it as is
    repaint
    vinyl wrap

Perfect advice - Like the post above if the nail 'sits' in the scratch it is too deep and the panel will need painting. If you can post a picture.

touch up paint in with the little brush never looks perfect, so if it runs the length of the car, best bet is to repaint.
