Thread: How to Restore Matte Black Wheels?

Can any detailers recommend how to restore my matte black wheels? I recently had to drive my car in the rain and after washing, the wheels seem to have a film on them. How can I bring back the deep black look? Not sure if a wheel cleaner is all that is needed, what can I dress them with?
