email for a owner operated service is usually the best way to get into contact. Lots of times I get calls but dont finish a job until 8-9pm, no way I am calling back anyone that late. But then, its an early morning with another long day, so phone calls may not get returned for a couple days, but emails are always returned that night latest!
for instance, I cant be working on a car doing paint correction and then stop in the middle to take phone calls and spend 20-30 min on the phone with you to talk over options, schedule a time, etc. The client who house I am at wouldnt like it very much! Therefore, I can take that 20-30 min conversation when I am not rushed to get back to a job at the days end via email.

Hi mk,
I'm not on forums much so I'm barely seeing this, but definitely respond to both calls and emails within a business day, usually within a couple hours if I'm not on a time sensitive job.
If you tried to contact me and didn't succeed I can assure you it's because either an email or call/voicemail didn't come through on my end. Hell I even try and find some downtime during a busy day to just shoot the sh*t with some clients who call/email while they're bored at work
.
Please try me again if you still require any services and I'd be more than happy to get in touch!
