Swissvax Crystal Rock Wax - Every car deserves the best, no?
Here at Swissvax, we are not just passionate about the brand but passionate about cars, i personally have been a detailer for almost 14 years and every time i use this wax its blows my mind. I have been lucky enough to detail exotics, private jets, helicopters and yachts - all done with Swissvax - why? Because it is truly the best out there for me.
I have tried the rest in those 14 years but always came back to Swissvax. It goes without saying that a good detail can enhance the car in appearance and value, something some people do not realise, to some people a 'detail' is running the car to the local hand car wash for a $70 'spruce up'. Here in Miami near the office is a hand car wash that has more exotics going through it's doors than you can imagine, it's clear the owners are not that bothered damage can be caused by incorrect wash technique, it's a shame really - it saddens me to see it.
I remember my first detail using Swissvax Crystal Rock, it was an Ferrari F50 in red of course, the shine was out of this world. Swissvax Crystal Rock is an amazing wax with incredible beading properties and super long protection (upto 6 months) water just pours off the car when wet.
Ferrari F50 with Crystal Rock.
With 76% by wax volume of pure Brazilian ivory carnauba wax, the waxes have one of the highest Carnauba content of any wax on the market. In effect, it coats a car's paintwork in a smooth and glossy, yet tough and protective, water-repellent film - and even brings a shine to white and silver. A layer of 'Paul Dalton's Crystal Rock Wax' can last up to 6 to 12 months and can be "topped up" with additional layers for even more protection. When exposed to water, 'Paul Dalton's Crystal Rock Wax' swells and closes its pores. This leads to the beading and sheeting of water that is characteristic of a car that has been treated with this high content Carnauba wax. The more layers are applied, the more waterproof it is. After three layers, one of Paul's clients has been known to dry his car with a two mile drive... caring for your car doesn't get any better.
OK... at $1499 it's not the cheapest wax in the world, but what i can tell you is that if you use it as it should be used (very sparingly) it will last a lifetime and give you the best result you can ever imagine, the paint will be so smooth it will be untrue.
This McLaren SLR was waxed by me (correction done by Auto Obsessed in Canada - Our canadian distributor) With Crystal Rock, then left 24 hours and another application of Crystal Rock as you can see the results are astonishing...

Before Crystal Rock wax is applied, the paint has to be prepared with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid in order to ensure that the paintwork surface is perfectly clean and free of old wax residues and contaminations of old wax, acid rain, tar, insects and other remains and also to ensure that the wax can perfectly bond to the paintwork surface. Perfect preparation is the key to the world famous Swissvax finish. The waxes come in a satin pouch with a certificate personally signed by Paul himself.
It goes without saying that Swissvax Crystal Rock is nothing but incredible. If you are in doubt on if you should buy this wax - dont be! YOU NEED IT IN YOUR LIFE!

The results look great...but to me they do not look $1500 great. There are numerous other waxes/sealants that give amazing results for fractions of the price.Mirror Detailing - Automotive Paint Specialist
