I give you the use for seeing imperfections as you are working. But what bothers me is the fact that the rotary itself with a foam pad is going to generate a good amount of heat and with the cars paint being black. That itself attracts and absorbs heat, bringing the surface temp up even more. I just fathom that with the amount of heat the panel would be at, followed by the the additional heat of the foam pad/rotary, that it does not damage the paint and finishes down with buffer trails.

I am not picking at you, just curious. I love using my rotary, but only in the shade when the paint is cooled off. So a black car in direct sunlight...

Also your formula, what did you make different in it, to keep a working time up without drying out under extreme heat? From that video, your product haze that you were working with resembles SIP and PO85RD from Menzerna. Is it a heavy silicone based polish to help extend the working time? Also, how long can you generally go in direct sunlight with your rotary during the final polishing step in regards to glossing the paint?

I can't go with specifications but It's not Menzerna your right the pad do create heat you spray the pad every time you and the compound or the wax
