Default 2009 Jerez Black Metallic M3 by Got Leather

Did this detail a few weeks back and just finally uploaded the photos and made time to post. The owner contacted me a few months back and told me he purchased this car and wanted the paint corrected right from the start. By time our two schedules allowed for time, the car had 600 miles. After foaming the car with Dawn to loosen and remove any oils and protective qualities that the dealer may have applied, then claying, I was able to get a look at a clean surface and decided that a 2 step polish would suffice. A few areas of the car received M105 for spot repair. The car received Menzerna SIP via orange LC 5.5 Pad which left the surface looking great and removed 95% of the defects. After giving the car a 91% alcohol wipe down, I then switched to Menzerna 106FA Super Finish via Green LC 5.5 Pad to properly finish down with. This left the paint with a great gloss and 98% perfect overall. Then before applying any type of protection I then again used 91% alcohol to assure true correction. The next step and product I use really gives the paint a new gloss and cleans the paint even further to assure a better bonding of the protection to be applied. This product is Chemical Guyz EZ Creme Glaze. I applied this using a White LC 5.5 Pad via PCXP on speed 6 and work the product in until nearly clear. (2-3 minutes per section). After wiping away the product I then switched to a Black LC 5.5 Pad and applied Clearkote Caranuba Moose Wax via PCXP on speed 4. This is one of the few caranuba waxes that has durability, great product. Lastly, the doorjambs were wiped down with Optimum Instant Detailer and Gloss Enhancer and the wheels were treated with Optimum Poli-Seal.

    Power Wash off dirt
    Foam via Dawn
    Wash 2BM via Dawn
    91% Alcohol wipe down
Meguiars #105 via 3.5 Purple Wool for spot repair
Menzerna Super Intensive Polish via Orange LC 5.5 Pad @ 1200-1600-1000
    91% Alcohol wipe down
Menzerna 106FA Super Finish via Green LC 5.5 Pad @ 1200-1500-900
    91% Alcohol wipe down
Chemical Guyz EZ Creme Glaze via White LC 5.5 Pad @ Speed 6 PCXP
Clearkote Caranuba Moose Wax via Black LC 5.5 Pad @ Speed 6 PCXP

with the metallic is was really hard to capture the defects so i did my best by using the Fenix LED
