For now, yes write ups are fine no mention of business name. no mention of email or website until we figure this out. As you can see there is people on both sides of the argument and both sides sounds reasonable so we will think about this long and hard but for now. Please go ahead.
    Thanks

Thanks Raw for the clarification. While I'm not a paying sponsor, I know how much it costs and I can definitely vote for both sides of the story. Thanks again for the support

the only thing I see wrong with not allowing "non-paying sponsors" post up details/work is that some sponsors aren't really all they are cracked up to be. I know first hand about a couple "sponsors" of different forums who flat out shouldn't put a polisher on a car! But, because they are the "sponsor", their work is the only work allowed! I have corrected a car of another forum sponsor...wasnt pretty!

Competition is good for all as it keeps prices in check, keeps practices up to par, and provides potential clients OPTIONS, especially when the two detailers are in a different part of the state/country

As one of the "sponsors" here, the members would be missing out if they could not see outstanding work performed and that does not always include pro detailers.

This is first and foremost a "Car Guy" website and I love to see tight looking vehicles in any form, As Raw and Greg have said they will be watching posts more closely for anything untoward. Hopefully the detail section can grow and great content will continue to flow.
