    Default Wheel Sealant

Thought I would share; yesterday was my weekly regulars. Two of the cars are Porsches, which nomally have pretty heavy brake dusting. Last week, after experiencing heavier than normal dusting, I tried Jetseal 109. Awesome results!!! After a week, 70% of dust literally just rinses off and you can feel the product is still on the wheels and hasn't burned off. I think I am going to add this to part of my weekly regime for my regulars.

have you tried collinite 845 ever on either paint or rims? I have and I will say that it definitely helps tremendously! I think that 845 is much cheaper, so that is another option for you!

Never have. But, with all the experimenting I'm doing these days, trying to find one thing and stick with it. How did the LR job go??

I find collonite doesnt hold up on wheels of cars that are driven hard due to the heat and the petroleum distillates that are in Collonite. On paintwork for thee winter, you cant really beat that stuff though to protect from salt and the harsh elements. Plus, like you said, its cheap.

Is there a product that some of you guys have work with that are enviromentally friendly (i.e. no petro distillates) that are up to the challenge of not only cleaning wheels with heavy brake dusting and/or neglect but protecting them from further abuse? This would be very important for my market as we are at least 30 minutes from major cities so just about everyone has long commutes through the backwoods to just about everywhere.
