    Ferrari 599 GTB

    This guy I know picked up a new car…. It was in need of some help! Serious help…

    The car received clear bra removal and paint correction!!! It was pretty hammered from improper maintenance prior to the customer picking it up…. The interior and motor was in pretty good shape!!! But the paint was destroyed. It had very deep scratches all over and deeper scratches on the bonnet mostly were the clear bra was. (was covering up) The scratches under the clear bra looked to be caused from the installation of the film… probably from the squeegees, blades etc….

    The paint was measured and handled at the best it could be! After the car was re-leveled, I protected it with Swissvax Wax applied by hand to get the best protection.

    Mostly the car was heavily mistreated and needed and extensive amount of care. I took the car from something only a mother could love to a thing of beauty over a great deal of time. The detail was very fun to do and the large bonnet was nice to work on but also needed the most amount of attention. Some wet sanding, machine polishing… a little bit of everything to bring the life back!!!

    You can see in the picture below…. As the clear bra was installed on the passenger side they had used hot glue and super glue to re-install the Pininfarina emblem.

    On the drivers side they wised up and used double sided tape….







    Moving on….. The wash and decontamination process… “Iron Cut doing work in the pic below” Hard to make out on black….. Dried and back into the garage and put under the lights

    Damn Brian! Yet again, it I say it with every thread you post....you killed it. Its such a shame to see such a great piece of machinery treated so poorly...but she's back now! Im sure the final product blew his mind!

    Man would love/need to get that done on my black CTTS! Great job! The black looks 110% better- did the customer go have a new clear bra installed after you finished?
