I run 2-5 miles every morning depending on how much time I have. I lift weights at night, well I used to before my injury.

have you tried intervals for cardio?? if you don't have a specific sport you train for intervals are great for burning fat!!! then you could cheat more on food

are you doing a specific goal or just routine??

I really like salmon grilled on a cedar plank. I use a pre-mixed spice called Mediterranean mix or something like that. Comes in a small aluminum container. DO NOT OVER COOK.

I made this at least once a week back during the summer (fish just doesn't have the same appeal during the winter for me)

fresh salmon steak, skin it. Take oregano and a little bit of salt. Let it sit in olive oil for ~20 minutes. Put it on a pan in low heat, put a lid on it, so that it stays moist, flip it when it gets golden on the bottom. spread dijon mustard and let cook for another 2-3 minutes. super quick, and tastes amazing. I like to take the rice (that I already cooked) and let it jump around in the frying pan for a minute or two, it makes it a little "harder".

That's all I got man, I don't do much crazy cooking. Most of it just looks good and isn't too heavy on the stomach, and is for the girls I bring over
