    I watched a news report a while back on the bonding agent that he used to clue the bacon together. A lot of low end meat markets use it to use scrap meet to bond into what looks like a nice fillet, the research they did on it showed that it carries a lot of carcinogenics. Other then that looks pretty tasty.

    That powder they use is mad expensive so it shocking they use it for low end market. Also a lot of the ingredients for activa are derived from seaweed.

    I used it at one restaurant I was working at and trust me I was liberal bc of the price of that. Also even with the formula that is given you need very little.
