Frozen Lobster tail
I found a large lobster tail that I forgot about in the back of my freezer this weekend and it has been in there almost exactly one year. Is it still good to eat, it has been frozen the entire time.

No.
Would I eat it? Hell yeah!
Will it taste good? Highly doubt it.

It probably wont be as good as something fresh, but is probably still ok if it was fully frozen.
I'd recommend putting it into soup or something that'll let it blend, maybe a lobster bisque or paella or something.

If its not freezer burned it will still be good.

The fact it is in the shell should have helped in the freezer burn protection arena, along with the cryovac seal.
And if thawed in the fridge properly you should not see any degredation in flavor or texture.
