It is at Trader Joe's, Gutz.. it has to be healthy!!
My gf and I today actually had a convo trying to decide if the cookie is cooked or raw? I guess it is just the way the sandwich is made, added with the soft chewyness of the cookie, it comes off as possibly being raw, I doubt it is though.

Holy sh*t! I thought i was the only one that knew about these sandwiches. I am not that much of a chocolate guy (I know I'm crazy) so i shave off the chips on the side to make it more balanced and I can sit down and eat a whole box of them!
