TXSTYLE: Chicken Enchiladas!
Ahhh yes.... That absolute favorite of mine: Mexican Food. And of course that quintessential dish... Chicken Enchiladas.
Sauce: Blended -
Red chilles
garlic
salt
olive oil
vinegar
water
Corn Tortillias - slightly heated in oil and of course baked chicken rolled in
Topped with Colby & Monterrey shredded Cheeses and baked for 15min.
