We do use lots from Gilroy but there are only so many companies willing to pay the price for US garlic, We actually buy a lot of elephant garlic from Gilroy. We use Chinese also canadian when in season and Brazilian. I never been to California hoping to be at the fancy food show in January.
Toronto is gorgeous and the city is amazing, we have such a diverse amount of food. Its amazing. If your ever up here let me know.
