    We do use lots from Gilroy but there are only so many companies willing to pay the price for US garlic, We actually buy a lot of elephant garlic from Gilroy. We use Chinese also canadian when in season and Brazilian. I never been to California hoping to be at the fancy food show in January.

    Toronto is gorgeous and the city is amazing, we have such a diverse amount of food. Its amazing. If your ever up here let me know.

    Absolutely. I'd love to see Toronto. I've been to Banff and Vancouver and fought in Calgary back in "99" but never been to Toronto. I'll be sure to hit you up if I ever get a chance to see the Great White North again.
