    I love to make burritos and my wife loves to make nachos. Here was a snack over the weekend.

    LOL! Yeah, I was forced to use regular tortillas instead of the larger burrito size. It made for a puny burrito but damn did it taste good!

    I LOVE Mexican Food. I survived on burritos all through college, I'd swear 25% of the cells in my body are made from beans and rice.
