Default Cookout at Work, advise please

We've done bratwurst/onions/greens, venison in mild dry rub, I want to try something nicer than just burgers n' dogs, I was thinking ostrich, any other good ideas?

Dont outdo yourself in the first swing, just do a small upgrade to some steaks and let the ostrich come later. We had steaks on the grill yesterday, 26 to be exact. :-)

    What about some BBQ ribs?

If you've got some time to prep them ahead of time- you can basically toss them in an oven (or smoker if you've got one) with a dry rub and come back a few hours later. Then toss them on the grill with some BBQ sauce before eating to get a nice char on 'em.

Everyone has their own ways of doing ribs - I cook mine with a dry rub only, then add a little sauce and grill them for about 30 mins before eating to get some smoke flavor. I'd love to smoke them entirely, but alas, I don't have the option of a nice smoker.

I don't know any meat eater that doesn't love a nice rack of baby-back ribs. I'm making a bunch for a part this weekend, so they're on my mind already!
