Bump
Last nights dinner:
Center cut bone in pork chop topped with a purée of onions, poblano peppers, tomatillos, and habenero peppers. Delicious.
Side of grilled Bok Choyn with lightly marinated in soy sauce. Also roasted heads of garlic to spread on everything.
Washed down with a microbrew ipa
Post some recipes!

Just a random update on this - i am still going through (and will indefinitely) I recently went to my Dr. for an annual checkup.. Come to find out, we were both surprised that i went from 191 lbs last year to 173 currently. It came as quite a shock to me as I havnt been under 185 since my freshman year of high school, but i do feel great now, and have transformed from a more bulky state to a bit leaner more athletic look?
At any rate, i feel great and do contribute a lot of the weight loss to the eating lifestyle, along with doing way too much cardio the past few months vs purely lifting last year.
Moral of the story - if you want to lose weight and feel better - eat primal.
My breakfast this morning:
6 whole eggs with salsa verde
black coffee
1/2 avacado
1/2 doughnut (yes i cheated
)
1/4 cup blue berries

im doing great! thanks for asking. I feel great. the only down side is that every female that has seen me recently has gone out of there way to call me "skinny" which i now interpret as scrawny.... but other than that, I couldnt be happier.
I do find that I still have a big sweet tooth, which from what I've read is supposed to pass after a short time.... I fight it, but its there.
I also ran the Warrior Dash 5k on sunday after not running in quite some time. I thought that without the over abundance of glycogen stores i would be fatigues after the event, but it wasnt the case.
