sure but after some "nights", one or two espressis are really necessary to be able to start the 458

Same here. Scares the crap out of me when I forget the timer is set and I'm nearby.

My FAVORITE coffee maker is a very cute girl named Jacqueline that serves me the best italian roast every single morning at my local Starbucks.

Default I have two of these

One at home and one at our lake house as there is really no good expresso around up there. Great little machine from Miele a company that has been making appliances for years. I love them they are whole bean machines , makes cup of fresh coffee, or expresso with steamer and instant hot water. dumps the grinds very easy to maintain.

Not much of an "in house" coffee drinker, as I prefer an Espresso at the cafè but at my house we're doing good with this one:

Personally I still prefer my old one, filled with some quality coffee:

I've been entering the world of espresso drinks lately with this pairing of a Rancilio Silvia with a Fiorenzato T-80/A grinder. Does anyone have any recommendations on their favorite roasters for a good cup of espresso? I've got a few local small time roasters that do an excellent job.
