First I have to say this is a crock a shit the way they presented this product.

First the way he used the product was wayyyy to much, the product to how much meat was there should of been around 5grams maybe 10g
That product is made all natural and there is alternative to a full alternative made in Ireland from seaweed.
I used this product in a few restaurants I worked at and it helped on cost bc there was less waste. Never was it to use shitty cuts to create a better cut to sell for higher profit. Also being the restos I worked at were "High-End Refined" we were able to always have a properly presented pcs of meat which in-turn allowed us to constantly have a perfectly cooked product.

But wow what a way they make it sound sooo evil that stuff is mad expensive. its about $125/kg=$125/2.21lbs

that product can like they said can be used on all meats but they need a high protein content to stick together, they also have one for cheese. You also really need to know how to use the product bc if you do like he did and over use it, the product itself will become slimy and gooey.

Cue the horrific music, fade away from meat shot.

Knowing human nature and the push for increase profit margins, not all vendors will be honest. Then to not all consumers will be willing to pay more if a similar product can be found for less.

This is scary...but then to...soon you'll be able to buy a steak that will perfectly fit a hoagie roll, or a steak in the shape of a letters of the alphabets....ah give me two S's and one of the A's ...med rare....fried onions and extra cheese, please
