    Red Oak, but recently had a Duck Rabbit Milk Stout that was very smooth.

    The caps say 06-09-13 which I believe means the bottles are about 1 year old right now. I have a few more in the cellar that I'm planning to age and save for special occasions.

    My new favorite. But its only a seasonal. Has a hint taste of chocolate and caramel.
