    but ya....RC sucks bigtime.

    but not everybody eats rare or medium rare..and if they get a steak that is undecooked, they can cook it up a bit more. I would rather serve a steak undercooked than overcooked...as you can cook it more.

    thats how mexican restaurants serve fajitas..on a scroching hot cast iron plate.

    This thread has me craving steak at 12:42am. I'm heading to my moms for dinner tomorrow and I believe she is making Porkchops... I may have to show up with steaks now.

    Haha everytime I come in the Culinary Section, I leave my computer Hungry and ready to blow money. lol...
