Sam Adams Infinium...
Anyone had it? One of my coworkers got me a bottle for Xmas and I am excited to try it out after watching some of the hype videos on the SA website.
It's not super expensive but the method they used to make the beer and it's ties to a champagne process has me wondering if a case or two might be a nice compliment to the bubbly this new years..
Any thoughts?'12 JEEP SAHARA UNLIMITED - Current

Had a bottle about a week ago. It went down smooth but wasn't great. I would drink it again though.

Basically it sounds like the stuff is pretty ho hum. I typically enjoy Sam Adams products so it will be interesting to see how this tastes... If all else fails I have a few 750's of DogFishHead's Theobroma to fill the gap.

Shared a bottle with a friend, it was good but i wouldn't buy it again, seems more like a "gift beer" that you would give to some one that just drinkings average american beers.

After trying the Infinium it was a good alternative / counter to Champagne NYE. It's quite dry, a bit acidic and honestly pretty refreshing. Very crisp. As others have said, it was nice to try but I don't think that I would drink it regularly. Thanks for all the feedback!
