Talking What did you Cook For X Mas 2010?: Pics

I really enjoy seeing what everyone brings to the table for the holidays. When I say bring to the table I mean cook at home, not eat out or take out. :P

Let's see some pics of what everyone made or is making for the Holidays!

My family is Italian and we live in an ocean city and my Italian family came from an ocean city so every Christmas eve we make something Ocean Related. My dad is the boss on Christmas eve. I am his side kick in the kitchen this night. With three bottles of Pinot Grigio in hand we cook all day today! Sauce , Sauce and more Sauce. Ill post up pics of the finished product later tonight or tomorrow but here is a teaser!

Crab Claws,Clams,Shrimp, Scallops and Mussels. Fresh Parsley from the Garden and Garlic. Tons and Tons of Garlic...

14lb prime rib roast that will be done traditionally in the oven, two 12oz wagyu rib eyes that I will most likely cut into strips and grill, au gratin potatoes, salad, cheesecake.

I grilled a Turkey on Thanksgiving. For X Mas I Roasted it in the oven. I always like to try something new.

Here is the recipe in case anyone wants to attempt to eat turkey again before Thanksgiving 2011.

My roast has been in the oven for 45 minutes and the smell is incredible. I'm chewing on the corner of my desk, this is going to be a long 3 hours.
