    haha Nice I used the Gourmet Burger Seasoning today as well. Its my favorite for Grilling

    It is a good seasoning but I actually like doing my own blendz as well.
    Today did not turn out as good as I had anticipated but I blame that on the meat. I usually make up the meat in a big bowl with seasoning, Worcestershire, water, onion, serrano, and then keep it cool overnight. The 12-24hr period does wonders for the flavor. Today I was out of time so I had to skip the all important step. Oh well.....
