    Default How I miss...

    Have you ever been away from your "home town" for a while and missed a specific type of food?

    Originally from NJ/NY area and moved over to London, UK about 9 months ago. I would absolutely kill for a pork roll egg and cheese on a real bagel right now.

    Other things I miss: Cheese steaks from Philly, coffee from DD, my old chinese food joint.


    Back in the states for 2.5 weeks over Christmas and I can't wait!

    What do you guys miss?

    while there is good food here in croatia, the list of things i miss from the states would fill up a hard drive.
    lets see...
    CHIPOTLE id strangle a toddler for a burrito right now
    potbelly
    five guys (best burgers)
    smoothie king
    starbucks
    the countless amounts of sodas and chips/snacks that they dont have here
    bagels - cant get a bagel here to save your life.
    oh lawd, this is making me hungry.. you all get the idea

    I would miss Pupatella pizza. Its a local join with a sweet brick oven. I would also miss Ray's Hell Burger, a Mexican joint called Guajillo and beer from DogFish Head. I know Dogfish is shipped all over but straight from the tap inside one of their restaurants is the way to go.
