It's almost never on the menu, but most Vietnamese restaurants can make this dish if you know to ask.

I'm pretty sure it violates most fire and health codes. Probably why I like it so much.

It's just called Vu Flame? Whats in it?

Everything! (i'm actually still not sure... most of what's in that bowl is meats, then you make rolls out of it, while it's all still on fire... cooks at your table. Not your dad's take-out.)

The meat itself isn't terribly, though there are spices on it. I knock it up a notch with the sauce with the chicken on it.
