what to do with this pork loin?

edit: forgot there is a food section, mods can move if needed"We were never satisfied being status quo. We were never OK just getting by. A mojo marinade, then throw it on the grill. Make your own Cuban sandwiches!

I want to cook it tonight, also I don't have anything to roast it on in the oven, I do have a grill though

I can't see the pic here at work, but I'm assuming it's a standard pork loin. What I usually do is marinade it in honey, soy, garlic. Heat the honey in the microwave to get it liquid then mix in the soy. Then add the garlic. Then the loin. I BBQ them on indirect (one side of grill on only, loin on opposite side, lid down) with a medium heat for 20 or 25 minutes if I remember correctly ( I have a thermometer to check).
Enjoy.

I like it with a jerk rub and grill it.

Pulled pork! Crock pot 8 hrs, with 2 Dark beers and 1 bottle of spicy BBQ!

yep, favourite sauce, or make your own, and chuck them on the grill. I cooked mine with indirect heat since with thick cuts of meat there's a good chance you'll completely char the outside before it's fully cooked.
