    Default Any good chicken/spice recipes?

Well my diet only allows me to eat chicken breasts in the later parts of the evening along with lettuce I am looking for another blend of spices to try on the chicken. I can't put sauces on them due to the sugar and salt in most of those............so I'm stuck with throwing on spices, I've found some pretty good ones but if anyone can suggest some really good ones, I'd appreciate it!

Try this Josh.Take some fresh thyme, slices of orange/lemon/lime,a tiny bit of olive oil.Put breast in a foil "pouch" w/all of the above, include salt and pepper(if allowed)bake in oven until breast is about 165 degrees. The breast will stay moist if you seal the foil package, and when you open that baby up...the aroma will make you forget you are dieting!

Thanks I think I will try that! Getting to 8% body fat ain't easy!!!!!

What about for like vegetables? For lunch I usually have some vegetables with chicken in a stir fry type thing. No sauce just olive oil for frying and pepper and some salt. Unfortunately the nutritionalist I have is good at telling u what to eat, but not very good at what ways to eat it

Steam veges...I know,a little boring, but it is the best method for preserving their nutrients.FRESH herbs are always the way to go....thyme,basil,cilantro,rosemary,etc.If you are allowed...really good olive oils will go a long way as well.

    Fish is Thursday/Saturday

I'm not going to compete, I am just an extremely vain mofo!

    Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

That 5 spice recipe looks really good. The problem is all the other stuff going into it. I really eat pretty bare bones. My fridge is mostly water, eggs, vegetables, and chicken Once in awhile I get myself a sirloin but I really try to eat super healthy. I have to because I refuse to give up the boozing!
