    Ours was just a small family get together with friends!!

    That would be cool to do it bigger though!

    Looks like I'm a little late, but my favorite, especially in the summer is a drink a buddy made up called the Hell's Kitchen Cooler:

    First muddle a couple basil leaves in the bottom of the glass. Fill with ice half way.
    2 parts pear vodka (we use grey goose)
    Fill just short of the top with a good Ginger Beer.
    A cap full of St. Germaine
    And a splash of sprite

    After having bartenders make them for us, several bars in Portland have added it to their drink menus. They are so refreshing on a hot day!

    Yeah, little late for this contest but there are going to be more. So i will be keeping some of these on the list for the next time!!

    btw, that recipe sounds pretty delicious!!

    Just in case you didn't know...Negroni, perfect as an aperitif. Very simple: 1 part Gin, 1 part Red Vermouth, 1 part Bitter Campari.
