Thanks for the suggestions!! I really want to try some Apple Pie moonshine ( i have heard from numerous people that it is awesome!)
I will probably try a couple of these recipes for our own personal use.
For the challenge I think we are going to do a Blueberry Sangria Lemonade w/Fruit in it, and for the non-alcoholic drink we are going to go with a Frozen Hot Chocolate drink that we saw on TV the other day!!
Keep the ideas coming though there is still time for us to change it up!!

Pimm's cup.
One lime, one lemon. Squeeze both into jar.
Slice oranges and strawberries. Throw into jar.
Pluck a few mint leaves, also through onto jar.
Now add 12 cans of sprite amd 1 1/2 bottles of Pimms.

Make this for the win:
Hayman's Old Tom Gin
Lillet Blanc (Fortified white wine w/ quinine)
Little bit of lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Strain in a martini glass.
A bit easier:
Hendricks Gin
Cucumber Liquor ( I like Thatchers but any will do)
Over ice, high ball glass
Served with razor sliced cucumber. Little soda to taste if to strong.

Dark and Stormy
Goslings 151 Rum (No 80 proof here)
Goslings Ginger Beer
Seltzer to taste. The drink is spicy the soda dumbs it down.
Wedge of lime
High Ball glass with ice of course

This past week in England I had something similar to sangria but better it was called Pimms. I was not sure the exact mix he used but i think it as close to this. Sept I think they had something to add a bit of carbonation too.
