Hey, Mexicans eat Muendo, which is basically cow stomach/tripe. They also eat cow tongue. Different cultures eat different things, if you grew up eating it, probably doesn't seem as bad. There are some Cuban food in FL that is absolutely disgusting to me, but locals love it.

Not saying I would eat most of what is shown there, but overall if you see how hamburgers are made, and how much Ecoli are in raw hamburgers, you wouldn't eat it either - there is a reason why you have to cook burgers well
Also most Asians can't figure out why we would eat something as disgusting as cheese (which is basically rotten fermented cow milk).
