    Is any of you cooks want to come over anytime... let me know. I live like a bachelor. All that I have in my fridge is chocolates and champagne.

    pretty good question...

    i buy the dough at local grocery store (publix), to keep time down and make it much more simple.

    take it out of bag, rub olive oil on it, put in bowl with a sheet of paper towel over it, and let is sit for a few hours, this makes it much easier to work with.

    that's not a bad thing. in fact, i can think of several uses for champagne and chocolate.

    The best Margarita, of course, is from Naples...

    Day one in Naples (May '08), first meal of the trip...



    And the next day, prob the best pizza in the world at Da Michelle in Naples... After we finished one each, we were tempted to order 2 more...
