    Default New York City places..

Well, the weekend after the next I'm going out to the city with a girl I'm hoping to make my girlfriend. Anyway, I'll be going out to dinner with her and I'm hoping to have some good recommendations here for a place that's not too romantic(since we're not official) and that's not too casual. I was thinking about the Minetta Tavern, but I'm looking for more ideas. Also, I'll be going to a upscale spa so the price of the dinner shouldn't be TOO high..don't want to go bankrupt lol

Just go to Mitetta every night. Trust me.

Eat at Magu as well. Omakase only.

    Enjoy your trip.
You know that guy LAbull on L4P, that's me, Brendan. Warning: If I typed it and it seems a bit off, it's probably SARCASM.

Take her to Balthazar. Probably gonna run you like $150 for 2 people with wine. Make sure you make reservations though.

Isle Of Capri.......awesome italian place....old school NY italian atmosphere....killer food....semi romantic but not over the top....interesting decor (lots to talk about) and not overly pricey.
