Default The Hella Official Belgian Beer Thread

Well ever since hanging with Empty and SS in Seattle I have been obsessed with a particular Belgian beer called KWAK.

    (our beer selection in Seattle)

Anyone have any other great Belgian beers for me to try? Knick, I know you must have mass info on this subject so lets hear it.

Chimay white is my favorite of the three....

Have you been to Uber in Seattle?

It's near Greenlake, small place but tons of amazing beers. Ken, the bartender on the weekends is super knowledgeable and friendly. They have one of my favorite Belgians (or beers in general) - Scaldis there.

if you like port, Rochefort 10 is some *very* manly stuff. they sell it at Whole Foods over here.

we're in the middle of a nice little revolution of small brewers - doing some very interesting things. i wouldn't just limited yourself to Belgian - lots of interesting stuff out there to try.
