Another great burger spot is: Burger Joint at LE PARKER MERIDIEN Hotel New York
For cheap but awesome sushi hit up Yama in the West Village
For BBQ hit up Hill Country
For the best meal you'll ever eat hit up Quality Meats
Last time I was in NYC I went to Burger Joint and it was pretty bad ass. I love that it looks like it doesn't belong at Le Parker Meridien. It is a No Frills burger at at decent price.

I have heard quality meats is pretty awesome. I may check it out.

Also check out DB bistro. Its a restaurant by Daniel Boulud. Big time in NYC you will love it. Its 55 west 44th street.

Im definately checking out a Boulud restaurant. I was offered an internship at Cafe Boulud in Palm Beach and want to check out their NYC location to compare. Unfortunately I can't afford to dine at Daniel but that should be amazing.

You should defiantely go to "Chicken and Rice". It's it by far the best street cart in New York. The vendor opens at 7PM and closes at 5AM. They even have their own website it's on 53rd and 6th, hence the website name. It's $6 a plate I believe but you will be beyond full. Always order chicken, never lamb or beef. Also, you have to put a lot of white sauce on it This place is so good the line goes down the block, but it's fast.

Go to Joe's Deli on the corner of 105th st on Columbus Ave in NYC. I love it!

920 columbus ave is the full address.

Try the chicken cutlet or grilled chicken. Both made fresh daily, and its made on site so its some good food! I'm sure you will love it. I also love their burger combos

I've heard amazing things about this cart. Definitely going to hit it up next time I am in NYC. We have something similar in DC but this looks even better.

Got back from NYC last week and had a great time. Toured the kitchen at Le Bernardin and got to taste a few of there dishes. They were pretty amazing. Had dinner at DB Bistro and lunch at Cafe Boulud and both were great. Had a burger at Shake Shack and it was worth the wait.

I tried going to Momofuku Ssam and the wait was really long and I went elsewhere. Same thing happened with the food cart on 53rd and 6th. The line was halfway down the block on both nights that I went. The food must be amazing at that cart because evry other cart was empty and this place was packed. I will try to bear the wait when I go back this summer.
