Bought a wok.
Now what to cook in it? Any Ideas?
Took about an hour and a half to prep the wok to be used. We had to burn the sealant off and scrub it, then season it three times...I guess I never knew ya had to do that. It's my first pot.Proverbs 16:9 "In his heart man plans his course, but The Lord determines his steps."

Check with Yan!

But my first suggestion would be, stir fry!

Chop sticks, wok and the rice cooker are three things i need. In fact those were the only cooking things i needed for college. They are so versatile.

I love stir fry on it, just don't go making orange chicken or something like that.

we're gonna do what they say can't be done.

Besides stir fry dishes, the wok is great for making noodle dishes. I make garlic noodles all the time in my wok, and people rave about 'em. Also do a pretty good rendition of Vietnamese rice noodles or sheets with Thai shrimp paste that's super easy to make.
When I'm not here, I'm slinging IT infrastructure or gone golfing
