    I have the Blendtec @ home and the Vitamix 5200 @ work, they are both great, I like the Vitamix more cuz you can make a steaming/smoking soup from room temperature water in 5-7mins.
    Fruit Sorbets in 1-2 minutes, check out you tube, there are alotta demonstrations there...
    Cant go wrong with either one, Get both
