Steak quesadillas... MY WAY
Who needs a tortilla??? hehe came up with this one day I was bored...
Also made some of these... similar to the above... but stuffed with asiago cheese and some kind of deli bacon...

I can tell you they were very tasty... especially the smaller ones I made with thinner steak slices...
